Orders are fulfilled every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to process your order.

Made-To-Order garments can take up to 7 business days to construct before shipping.

Free shipping on domestic orders over $85. Use code: [ LEAKING ] All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS 3 DAY SELECTS.


→ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited $38 (5-10 days) Please include your phone number on your order for delivery needs.

LEAK does not cover international customs and VAT taxes, which vary by country. Customers will need to pay at their discretion before their package arrives.

We are not responsible to stolen packages and lost packages due to incomplete address(es).

RETURNS

We’re sorry your LEAK didn't work out! Due to the nature of the garment, all underwear, swimwear, shape-wear and Made-To-Order pieces are final sale.


We only accept returns or exchanges of unopened bodysuits in the original packaging within 15 days of the order date.


Please email info@leaknyc.com to request a return with your order number.


We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

RETURN POLICY FOR TRINITY STIRRUP

All sales are considered final, unless a return request is made within 7 days of delivery.


E-mail info@leaknyc.com with your order number. The TRINITY STIRRUP must be unworn or unused in the original packaging and condition in which you received it.

Refunds will only be processed if it meets the above requirements. We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds.
